Our house is located one kilometer from Ortisei on the old road towards S.Cristina and Selva.

During the wintertime: there is a free Skibus, reaceable in a couple of steps from the house, connecting all main Skislopes and the three villages Ortisei, S.Cristina and Selva.

During the summertime: with the special "Gardena Card" you can use all cabel cars and busses in the Gardena Valley, further you will have a 10% discount on all tours.

Just in front of house there is a wounderful garden for relaxing afternoon and sunbathing.
